Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed construction plans, timelines, and work schedules. Lead the full spectrum of project management, from engineering design to final testing and commissioning.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costing in real-time, prepare monthly progress claims, and manage variation orders (VOs) to ensure profitability.
- Site Supervision & Safety: Enforce safety protocols (e.g., OSHA), conduct site inspections, and ensure site teams follow the latest approved drawings.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate daily with main contractors, architects, consultants, and local authorities to align project goals and resolve technical issues.
- Resource Management: Plan manpower allocation and order necessary materials and equipment to prevent delays.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including permits, submittal logs, daily logs, and project close-out documents like operation manuals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary systems, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Some roles require a Registered Licensed Plumber status.
