Plumbing Installation and Repair Supervisor

Ensure smooth operation, maintenance and repair works which includes (plumbing & sanitary systems, general maintenance / repair of electrical fixtures and fittings)

Perform day to day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and carry out simple repair of mechanical & electrical installations within the shopping mall.

Attend to tenants complaint on M&E services.

Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements.

Attend to ad hoc duties which may be assigned to you by the Management.

Monitor all works performed by term contractors.
Manage project planning and oversee construction works at the site to ensure smooth execution

Lead and coordinate project activities to achieve progress according to schedule and budget targets

Attend site meetings to identify and resolve construction and site-related issues promptly

Build and maintain proactive relationships with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration

Advise and guide project staff by outlining work plans and assigning duties to optimize team performance

Apply knowledge of underground and above-ground sanitary works to support project requirements

Apply understanding of water tanks and pump installations to ensure proper implementation

Apply knowledge of rainwater piping works to support project construction and compliance
