Job Summary
Manage project planning and construction activities on-site, lead project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant progress, and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage project planning and oversee construction works at the site to ensure smooth execution
- Lead and coordinate project activities to achieve progress according to schedule and budget targets
- Attend site meetings to identify and resolve construction and site-related issues promptly
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration
- Advise and guide project staff by outlining work plans and assigning duties to optimize team performance
- Apply knowledge of underground and above-ground sanitary works to support project requirements
- Apply understanding of water tanks and pump installations to ensure proper implementation
- Apply knowledge of rainwater piping works to support project construction and compliance
