Job Description

Oversee all plumbing installation, sanitary works, and related site activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per design, drawings, and project specifications.
Review and Execute Drawings
Understand plumbing drawings, design layouts, and execute work accordingly.
Support the engineer with drawing clarification and quality checks.
Above-Ground Plumbing Works
Manage above-ground piping works, including installation, alignment, support, and finishing.
Underground Works (IC, MH, Leveling)
Supervise underground works such as Inspection Chambers (IC), Manholes (MH), leveling, and installation.
Ensure all underground plumbing work is accurately executed as per plans.
Site Execution & Coordination
Provide technical support to masons and site workers.
Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and work teams to maintain workflow.
Preparation & Meetings
Attend site meetings, discuss progress, and update supervisors or engineers.
Prepare daily work plans and guide workers during execution.
Material & Payment Coordination
Check and confirm materials required for plumbing works.
Coordinate with office/engineers for material requests and payment collection of subcontractors (if needed).
Support to Site Engineer
Assist the site engineer with inspection, verifying layout,and ensuring all plumbing work is executed correctly .
