Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Quality Lead (8-10+ years experience) to actively drive the quality transformation for our Claims POD. You won't just be directing; you will be in the trenches—writing code, architecting frameworks, and directly implementing AI-driven solutions. You will combine deep technical execution with a forward-looking mindset, ensuring our transition from manual regression to a self-healing, agentic testing ecosystem is technically sound and operational from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Technical Leadership: Lead by example by actively developing, maintaining, and debugging complex test automation frameworks. You will be the primary contributor to our hybrid UI/API automation suite.AI Integration & Implementation: Directly integrate and configure AI agents to auto-generate functional test cases from JIRA stories and convert them into robust Cypress/Playwright scripts. Framework Architecture: Personally design and build our next-generation self-healing automation architecture. You will be responsible for the transition from our current Cypress suite to a high-performance, maintainable Playwright integration. API & Data Engineering: Actively bridge gaps between frontend and backend by building AI-assisted API test automation suites, ensuring data integrity and coverage.Operational Optimization: Develop and implement Impact-Based Test Selection models that use AI to optimize regression runs, ensuring faster feedback loops within our CI/CD pipelines.
Technical Requirements
Automation Expertise: 8-10+ years of deep technical experience in test automation. Mastery of Cypress and Playwright is essential.
Programming: Strong, active coding proficiency in Java (backend microservices validation) and Python (data manipulation, scripting, and AI integration). AI/GenAI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, etc.) and implementing agentic collaboration patterns.Infrastructure & DevOps: Strong understanding of AWS ecosystems, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI), and containerization.Testing Philosophy: A proven track record in Shift-Left testing, TDD/BDD, and
