Playwright Automation Tester

Responsibilities

. Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing

. Support automation frameworks, including regression execution and automation enablement

. Review existing automation tools, scripts, coverage, and execution effectiveness

. Analyse business and technical requirements to create test scenarios, scripts, and test data

. Identify and coordinate test data requirements with relevant stakeholders

. Execute automated and manual test scripts where required

. Log, track, retest, and validate defects through resolution

. Support testing for enterprise scale or complex systems

. Work in environments where automation tools vary by system or use case

. Contribute to enhancements or integration of productivity and AI assisted testing tools

Requirements

. Bachelor in Computer Science with at least 3 years experience in test automation development, maintenance, and execution using Playwright.

. Hands on experience with multiple automation tools across systems

. Good understanding of software testing life cycle, regression testing, and defect management

. Experience supporting enterprise scale or complex environments

. Strong analytical skills to translate requirements into effective test scenarios

. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams

. Detail oriented, self motivated, and adaptable in dynamic environments

. Good to have : Experience leveraging reusable test assets or automation accelerators, nAbility to recommend and implement best practices in test automation , Exposure to process improvement and efficiency initiatives, Contribution to knowledge sharing and team capability development
