Plating Maintenance Technician

Main Duties And Responsibilities To Be Accomplished :

. Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in Plating

. Carry out installation and modification of machines and equipment

. Carry out all general maintenance work on plating line equipment, ie motor, pump rectifier etc.

. Carry out general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment.

. Liaise with vendor to do repair on equipment or process, cleanness

. Purchase component and spare part related to electrical and control item to minimize the cost

. Daily / periodic check, record and feedback all plating equipment for continuous operation

. Support DI/waste treatment operation

Requirements

. Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical

. More than 3 years of working experience in maintenance environment

. Able to read electrical drawing and Autocad experience

. Able to work independently with minimum guidance.

. Able to communicate effective

. Willing to overtime when required

Working hours:

Shift work,2 shifts, 12 hours rotation (4 days work week)
