Platform Senior Project Manager

As a Platform Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of AI COE platform initiatives. You will ensure that enterprise-grade AI and data platform capabilities are delivered incrementally, adopted effectively, and aligned with strategic priorities, focusing on long-term platform value rather than one-off project delivery.

What will you do

Delivery & Planning

• Drive delivery planning for AI platform capabilities and releases
• Ensure platform features are delivered with clear scope and measurable outcomes
• Track adoption, usage, and value realization of platform capabilities

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, security, and stakeholders
• Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines for platform initiatives
• Maintain delivery transparency through clear reporting and communication

Agile & Process Excellence

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
• Balance delivery discipline with innovation and experimentation
  
  

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience leading platform, product, or asset development
• Experience delivering complex, multi-component technical platforms
• Strong understanding of software and platform delivery lifecycles
• Experience working in agile / iterative delivery models
• Ability to manage dependencies across AI, data, and platform teams
• Familiarity with AI and data platform concepts (no coding required)
• Experience coordinating releases in cloud-native environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
• Structured, outcome-oriented thinking
• Trusted partner to engineering and architecture teams
• Focus on long-term platform value, not short-term milestones
• 69+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery management roles
