Job Description

A growing fintech platform supporting private markets distribution is seeking a Platform Operations Support Engineer to help maintain and improve its client-facing systems. This role focuses on providing technical and functional support, resolving platform issues, and working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure platform reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for client-facing SaaS platforms used by financial institutions
  • Manage and triage support tickets, identifying bugs, support requests, or enhancement needs
  • Prioritize and resolve issues based on client impact and platform stability
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and test system fixes
  • Maintain application data, integrations, and third-party data feeds
  • Communicate updates and resolutions to internal teams and clients
  • Support documentation, operational processes, and ongoing platform improvements
  • Contribute to operational best practices and the evolution of platform support capabilities

Key Requirements

  • Experience in application support, platform operations, or technical support roles
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments
  • Experience with SQL scripting and databases such as SQL Server or MongoDB
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, and internet-based application security
  • Experience with scripting or object-oriented programming languages
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS environments (Azure preferred)
  • Financial services or fintech experience beneficial
