Job Description
- Support execution of strategic initiatives, including transformation and remediation programmes
- Produce management reporting to track progress, risks, and performance metrics
- Partner across front, middle and back office teams to drive platform improvements
- Contribute to operational excellence through process optimisation and digitisation efforts
- Support governance activities, including risk controls and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Participate in working groups and cross-functional forums representing platform interests
- Assist with business continuity, outsourcing oversight, and organisational readiness initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Atleast 5 years of experience within private banking or wealth management
- Understanding of operational processes, risk frameworks, and banking platforms
