About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Platform Lead to join our Digital Division. In this pivotal role, you will lead platform support team, coaching analysts/developers, and ensuring smooth integration with business-as-usual operations.
Reporting to the Platform Manager, you will
- Oversee product/platform governance, ensuring applications meet scalability, security, and business objectives.
- Guide platform analysts and developers to deliver reliable, high-value digital solutions.
- Maintain technical integrity and performance through standards and best practices.
- Manage operational risks and ensure timely resolution of platform-related issues.
- Align resource allocation and budgeting with delivery objectives
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and vendor management.
- Support career development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Provide strategic direction for platform management aligned with digital division goals.
- Drive initiatives that enhance platform capabilities and support organizational objectives.
- Promote collaboration among business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and project teams to deliver seamless project implementation and business continuity.
Domain Knowledge Required
- Deep understanding in derivative trading, physical commodity trading including MtM and accounting posting.
- Experienced in various integration pattern between CTRM to ERP and/or other digital platforms.
- Familiarity with CTRM/ETRM systems; Fusion by Fendahl is preferred.
- Knowledge of ZE by ZEMA is preferred.
About You
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have
- Relevant degree qualifications.
- 10+ years in application development and delivery, including 57 years in managerial roles.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience, guiding system/platform teams.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, data governance, release management, and IT risk/compliance.
- Strong understanding of project management, change control, risk management, and awareness of emerging technology trends.
- Experience with platform governance, operational risk management, and vendor management.
