About the role

We're looking for someone obsessed with quality not just in pixels or product flows, but across every operational touchpoint that shapes the TOKEN2049 experience. If something feels off, inconsistent, or inefficient, you notice it. And you don't just flag it you improve it.

This role goes beyond spotting issues. You'll safeguard content accuracy, strengthen internal workflows, and elevate the operational quality of our products, websites, design briefs, ticketing flows, partner communications, and community engagement. You will be the connective tissue ensuring that what we ship product, content, and operations meets a consistently high standard.

What You'll Do

1. Quality Assurance Across Digital & Product Surfaces

  • Test end-to-end user flows across TOKEN2049 and SuperAI products (checkout, dashboards, portals, internal tools, etc.).
  • Identify UX inconsistencies, logic gaps, broken interactions, responsiveness issues, and validation errors.
  • Validate backend behaviours: submissions, permissions, admin logic, database interactions, and automated workflows.

2. Content Accuracy, Webflow & CMS Quality Control

  • QA all Webflow and CMS updates: pages, sections, schedules, speaker updates, sponsors, content changes, and design tweaks.
  • Ensure accuracy across copy, imagery, timings, references, assets, and metadata.
  • Maintain consistency across layouts, spacing, links, devices, and responsive breakpoints.

3. Workflow & Internal Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and refine workflows across Product, Ops, Design, and Community identifying friction points or repetitive errors.
  • Improve internal protocols: design briefs, content review processes, QA checklists, partner-facing workflows, and community engagement procedures.
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements that make the organisation faster, cleaner, and more aligned.

4. Event Experience & Operational Quality

  • Support quality checks across the full event ecosystem: ticketing flows, registration experience, schedules, communications, and partner materials.
  • Ensure all outward-facing content is accurate, consistent, well-formatted, and aligned with our standards.
  • Help uphold a unified quality standard across the entire attendee and partner journey digital and operational.

5. Write Clear, Reproducible Bug & Issue Reports

  • Document product issues, content inconsistencies, and workflow gaps with precision (steps, screenshots, expected vs. actual behaviour).
  • Translate vague or ambiguous problems into clear, actionable tickets for engineers, designers, and internal owners.
  • Maintain and continuously improve internal QA, content, and workflow checklists.

What We're Looking For

  • 02 years experience in QA, Content Ops, Product Ops, Operations, Experience Ops, or any detail-oriented role.
  • Fresh grads welcome.
  • A naturally sharp eye you spot things others don't.
  • Strong communicator who can clearly explain issues, logic, and edge cases.
  • Comfortable testing across devices, browsers, and responsive layouts.
  • A systems thinker who enjoys improving workflows, enhancing consistency, and tightening processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Airtable, CMS platforms, or QA tools is a plus (not required).
  • Someone who enjoys digging, testing, breaking things and then improving them.
