Platform engineer (Scrum Master)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Scrum Master with 12 - 15 years of experience.
• Preferably having Private Banking domain experience running Digital Channel projects ( RM Portal or Client Portal , Client relationship management etc.)
• Domain Expertise:Strong understanding of Private Banking processes and systems.
• Experience with digital channel solutions such as RM Portals, Client Portals, and CRM platforms.
• Agile Methodologies:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile in large-scale, complex projects.
• Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with digital banking technologies, APIs, and integration methods.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in digital channels.
• Leadership:Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
