Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and manage containerized environments using Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes. The ideal candidate will ensure platform stability, scalability, and security while supporting DevOps practices and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize OpenShift and Kubernetes container platforms.
- Implement automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
- Ensure platform security, governance, and compliance.
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document platform processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms.
- Strong Linux system administration and networking skills.
- Hands-on experience with container technologies: Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Relevant certifications (CKA, CKAD, Red Hat OpenShift) are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
