Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Platform Engineer to be part of their IT team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties:
- Middleware Architecture Design: Design and implement a scalable, robust middleware architecture to overcome integration challenges with fragmented systems and legacy infrastructure.
- System Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between WMS, SAP, TMS, DBP, WES, and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
- Message Exchange & Security: Ensure secure, reliable message exchanges between systems using appropriate messaging protocols.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Implement proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure efficient, scalable middleware operations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or any relevant field
- 5 years of relevant experience
