Platform Engineer (Full Stack / DevOps)

The Role

We are looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to act as the technical architect and builder for

our internal and external ecosystems. This is a build it, own it role. You will be the driving

force behind the development of our CRM, client-facing interfaces, internal workflow

automation, and the critical APIs that connect the various entities within our group.

If you enjoy greenfield development, taking full ownership of the software lifecycle, and

working closely with business stakeholders to solve real-world problems, this is the role for

you.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the design, coding, testing, and deployment of our core

platforms, including the CRM, client portal, and internal tooling.

- Full Stack Development: Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces for clients and staff, coupled with robust, scalable back-end services.

- Systems Integration: Design and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful or GraphQL

APIs to ensure seamless interconnectivity between companies within the group level.

- DevOps & Infrastructure: Manage the entire DevOps pipeline, from containerization and

CI/CD to cloud infrastructure and monitoring - ensuring high availability and security.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Leadership) to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency.

- Technical Strategy: Make architectural decisions regarding tech stack, database design,

and deployment strategies that set the foundation for future growth.

Required Technical Stack & Experience

You are a true generalist who can navigate the entire stack with confidence.

- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar).

Experience building clean, intuitive data dashboards is a plus.

- Backend: Strong experience with server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Go, or C#). You

understand API design, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

- Database: Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)

databases. You know how to model data for complex financial or operational workflows.

- DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), and

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

- Integration: Proven experience building and consuming APIs for third-party or intercompany

connectivity.
