Plastic Injection Moulding Technician

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Plastic Injection Moulding Technician to support daily production operations.

This role involves:
- Setting up and operate plastic injection moulding machines for production runs
- Perform mould installation, machine start-up, and parameter setting
- Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimise downtime
- Conduct regular maintenance and basic repairs of machines and equipment
- Work closely with QA to ensure products meet required specifications
- Perform process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce scrap, and optimise cycle time
- Maintain proper documentation of machine settings and production records
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and housekeeping standards
