Job Summary
You will apply your plastering skills to perform building plasterer tasks both inside and outside structures, ensuring quality finishes. You will collaborate with the team and follow company protocols for work hours, accommodation, and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Apply plastering techniques to building interiors and exteriors to achieve smooth, durable surfaces
- Inspect and prepare surfaces before plastering to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality
- Follow company schedules and work extended hours as needed to meet project deadlines
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and safety standards
- Comply with company policies regarding accommodation in the dormitory and transportation arrangements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, first three month is probation period
