- Accredited Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).
- Manage and responsible for 12 chiller plants in NTU.
- Ensure all the plants system efficiencies are in compliance to the contract requirement.
- Identifies inefficiencies in chilled water plants and proposes optimization strategies.
- Manage and be responsible for maintaining facilities to achieve high reliability, availability, and operational requirement for ACMV system.
- Equipped with capacity to re-solve operation issues for ACMV system as well as other operating spaces like laboratory, clean room, etc.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
- Facilities coordination for Annual Electrical Shutdown.
- Participate with commissioning and handover, including defects identification and troubleshooting of power tripping
- Manage and monitor performance of engineering staff and specialist sub-contractors, ensuring completion of electrical and Mechanical related tasks in accordance with specification and drawings.
- Ensure appropriate quality and workmanship.
- Ensure that safety standards are understood, implemented and maintained by all team members and contractors.
- Oversees and support on Green Mark submissions and assessments, and necessary energy initiatives, pilot study, report submissions, etc.
