• Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $5500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Lead daily operations of hazardous waste treatment systems (evaporation, centrifuges, filtration), ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.

• Develop production plans, allocate manpower and equipment, and manage materials and consumables to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

• Oversee equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, while enforcing 5S housekeeping and disciplined site management.

• Manage and train production teams, conduct shift planning, performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to SOPs, EHS, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to assess project feasibility, provide capacity and cost inputs, and maintain communication on production progress.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports, supporting government inspections, customer audits, and internal compliance reviews.

Requirement

• Minimum Degree in in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial production line experience
• Strong knowledge of hazardous waste production processes and plant operation logic
• Demonstrated track record in managing production line and plant operations is an added advantage Practical operational and management experience with advanced treatment systems, including evaporation technologies (multieffect, MVR), industrial centrifuges (decanter, discstack), and solidliquid separation/filtration equipment (filter press, bag filter, candle filter).
• Willing to undertake plantbased operational responsibilities with adaptability to shift and flexible work patterns is an added advantage
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
