The Position:
* Demonstrate functional expertise and collaborate with Supply Chain cross functional and Commercial Business Units teams to drive high performance of Operation Excellence
* Drive material readiness, provide analysis, solutions and ensure cost optimization without compromising delivery/supply with material stock level
* Identify operational gaps by analysing supply chain and production performance indices and define a systemic approach to resolve issues permanently
* Key member in the Executive Management S&OP meeting cycle via a regularly structured meeting cadence, through cross functional collaboration that ensures alignment and timely decisions and actions are taken to effectively run the operations
* Responsible to maintain healthy inventory level, operating plans, purchase forecasts across multiple functions to optimize time, cost, and resources in support of business objectives while ensuring accountability to organizational commitments
* Drive digitalization and continuity improvement initiatives to create incremental opportunities through the landscape of new Supply Chain model
* Provide coaching/mentoring to team and succession planning strategies by leveraging diversity to meet the current and future needs of the Supply Chain and Organization
* Review and communicate with internal and external customers for monthly purchase forecast
* Present and provide periodic updates to Senior Leadership
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a planning management role, with a proven Track record of leading teams.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the areas of Supply Chain, Economics, Business or related fields.
* Proven aptitude to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, synthesize, using hypothesis and provide sustainable recommendations.
* Significant experience in collaborating with customers and developing strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Good organizational agility and communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills and proven ability to manage a process in a complex environment.
* Ability to influence change at all levels of an organization, internally and externally
* Project management skills.
