Job Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data and lead discussions with Regional Sales teams to support accurate forecasting, leveraging historical trends and projected volumes
- Partner with regional sales teams to identify growth opportunities and improve forecast accuracy through regular reviews of sales pipelines and upcoming events
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives, particularly around new product launches (NPI)
- Drive continuous process improvements by automating the generation of key sales data (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through) to support better forecasting and operational efficiency
- Regularly review and optimize planning processes to improve overall effectiveness and accuracy
Pre-Requisites
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in sales planning or demand forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through data
- Effective cross-functional communicator, especially with sales and operations teams
- Experience supporting NPI planning and execution
- Proactive in process improvement and automation
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Interest in gaming or gaming products is a plus
