PLANNING MANAGER

Our client is one of the leading Building contractors in Singapore. They have a number of current large scale groundbreaking projects with tenders in place for some of Singapore's most prestigious upcoming projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main Accountabilities
- To be a planner, but also a thinking engineer who can build up a good realistic programme from the bottom up.
- You will oversee and be accountable for all pre and post contract, tender planning, and providing works schedules
- Maintain liaison with management regarding project planning by conducting analyses and preparing reports
- Working at HQ you will be involved with the tendering team putting together tenders for various types of Building projects.
- Provide planning support and coordinating all related duties
- Partner with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or capital cost estimates.
- Identify and discuss any critical activity that needs particular attention to mitigate measures

PRE-REQUISITES:
- MUST have a relevant Building / Civil Engineering degree.
- MUST be Primavera P6/7 literate or Familiar with MS project with Construction experience.
- Minimum 8 years experience in local building construction works.
- MUST have experience working on projects in Singapore. A good portfolio of Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare or Mixed-Use Developments experience preferred.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
