Job Responsibilities:
- Leads Project Planning and Scheduling to ensure construction works are completed on time and in line with contractual milestones and project objectives
- Prepare tender submissions, including planning deliverables, method statements, construction work sequences, and site work planning, across multiple tenders concurrently
- Develop, monitor and control project schedules, identifying risks or delays, and provide planning support o project management using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule, including the Work Breakdown Structure and critical path activities
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and perform variance analysis to identify delays and recommend recovery plans
- Coordinate planning between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Plan and develop construction resources such as manpower and equipment
- Prepare tender briefings, construction methodology studies, and provide schedule updates to management and clients
- Lead and guide Planning Engineers while ensuring planning standards and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent recognised by PE Board
- 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in project planning and management for large-scale building projects, including construction planning and scheduling
- Experience in delay analysis and programme risk management.
- Familiar with Singapore authority requirements and project environment
