Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling - Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives and track progress.
• Resource Allocation & Optimization - Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently for smooth project execution.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving - Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve project delays or issues.
• Cross-Department Coordination - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize planning and execution.
• Reporting & Compliance - Prepare project progress reports for management and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 5-8 years of project planning experience.
• Technical Skills - Proficient in project planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with strong knowledge of project management principles.
• Communication & Coordination - Strong ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Industry Knowledge - Familiarity with construction or engineering industry regulations and standards experience in BIM planning is a plus.
