Job Description
- Responsible managing Value Streams along with operations and engineering to ensure capacity matches requirements availability and order placement, identification and management of outside service providers, logistics coordination, and on-time starts.
- In charge of planning and directing all resources and activities associated with production scheduling and planning, to achieve required business results.
- In charge of leading a team of planners to ensure on-time release of work orders, monitor, measure, and address gaps with applicable parties to achieve divisional goals and 100% on-time delivery to the end customer.
- Responsible in forecasting intra-company needs in coordination with production planning, utilizing the appropriate material requirements planning systems/programs and lean practices.
- Taking charge of iwn end-to-end SIOP process to manage change customer signals with operational Master Production Schedule to create One Plan for the site
- Taking charge in managing the monitoring, tracking and expediting for OV deliveries to support build plan working with related parties of procurement and Engineering.
- Formulate build plan based on load capacity analysis.
- In charge of managing critical inventory processes such as cycle counting, planning parameters, capacity analysis and demand planning processes
- Monitor and report on supplier performance and implement corrective action when required to meet customer demand.
- In charge of formulating and supporting cost reduction goals and initiatives.
- Other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Business or Engineering Related
- Min 5 year of experience in Operations Planning / SCM experience manufacturing industry.
- Experience in production flow, inventory flow, and documentation procedures
