Job Summary
Support project management by coordinating all trades during design development and planning stages, ensuring compliance with authority requirements and leveraging precast construction technologies to drive project efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP trades during design development and planning stages to ensure seamless integration and project alignment
- Apply knowledge of authority requirements and regulations to execute planning works that comply with legal and safety standards
- Utilize expertise in precast, PPVC, PBU, and DfMA concepts to optimize construction planning and delivery
- Incorporate steel knowledge to support structural planning and coordination activities
- Adapt and implement digitalized construction processes to enhance project efficiency and data management
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate communication and resolve project issues
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and coordinators to deliver planning objectives and maintain project timelines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- Experience completing at least two project cycles in building environments
- Familiarity with Precast, PPVC, and MET construction methods
- Basic knowledge of Revit, Autodesk BIM360, Novade, PowerApps, and Power BI to support digital construction workflows
- Proficiency in MS Project for project scheduling and tracking
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage
