- Lead the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of project master programmes for building works from tender to project completion stages.
- Develop detailed construction schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking systems using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Collaborate closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, and site teams to ensure alignment between site execution plans and overall project timelines.
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks, proposing mitigation measures proactively.
- Monitor subcontractors and suppliers schedules to ensure synchronization with the main construction programme.
- Support tender planning activities, including time-cost analysis, construction sequencing, and methodology planning.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, schedule forecasts, and recovery plans for management and client review.
- Lead and mentor a team of planning engineers in ensuring planning discipline and consistency across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project planning within main contractor environments.
- Proven track record in building projects
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, resource planning, and project risk management.
