Job Description

Brief Summary

Join us in a dynamic role focused on project development and management, where your skills will drive the success of construction projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project schedules for construction, M&E, and process systems, overseeing the progression from concept design to testing and commissioning.
Calculate the duration and resource requirements for major construction activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and technical submissions for tendering.
Handle site planning and monitoring, ensuring smooth implementation of work schedules.
Prepare and manage RI/TOP schedules, ensuring seamless handover processes.
Formulate and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, currently utilized in your role.
