Oversee and manage civil and building construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Ensure and monitor all instrumentation compliance to the design requirement.
Address any non-conformities promptly and effectively.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure proactive measures are in place to prevent accidents and incidents on-site.
Work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and other professionals, to achieve project goals.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment on-site.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as a Resident Engineer.
Fresh graduates may apply, while candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience will be given preference.
Strong technical knowledge of civil and building construction practices and standards.
