Responsible for updating of Baseline Programme/ Working Programme for client approval
Responsible for the construction planning of the project, liaise with client, subcontractors, project team etc on the preparation of construction/ working programme and highlight critical path activities
Preparation of weekly/ monthly progress report and trench chart, physical progress and S-curve projection
Prepare relevant data for Contracts Department on progress claim based on the approved cost loaded programme
Preparation of presentation slides in PowerPoint format to client for weekly & monthly progress meeting
