Planning Engineer (Bentley Synchro 4D Specialist)

About the Role

We are seeking a Planning Engineer with strong expertise in 4D BIM planning and Bentley Synchro to support project planning, coordination, and BIM-integrated workflows. The role involves producing key 4D BIM deliverables-including Baseline Program (BLP) and Coordinated Installation Plan (CIP)-in accordance with LTA, PUB, CAG and other project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop BLP and CIP using Bentley Synchro 4D based on client and project specifications.

Ensure compliance with authority standards and requirements for 4D BIM planning and integration.

Participate in project coordination meetings as needed.

Work closely with internal teams to align BIM planning with construction and project workflows.

Support department leadership in developing and implementing SOPs.

Assist in tender preparation and submission when required.

Perform other duties assigned by the department leadership.

Requirements

Proficiency in Bentley Synchro 4D.

Familiarity with Primavera P6 is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of BIM modelling tools (e.g., Revit, Bentley, Tekla).

Strong adaptability, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Relevant working experience in BIM or construction planning will be an advantage.
