Join our dynamic team as a Planning Digitization Leader and lead transformative initiatives that drive operational excellence across our global supply chain landscape!

What will you do:

Delivering the Autonmous Planning roadmap by delivering:

  • Self Healing Parameters
  • Toucless Forecasting
  • Touchless DRP
  • Touchless MPP

Touchless Materials Planning

Animate the Autonomous Planning Roadmap

  • Construct and Organization to animate Autonomous Planning at a Sub Region and Plant level
  • Come with the targets for Autonomous and Plan to Bridge the gap

Prepare and execute the Digitization Road map

  • Along with Schneider Digital and Data and Analytics team
  • Have a Roadmap of Digital capabilities which needs to be executed

People Competency Development

  • Create and anaimate the IO Planning competencies
  • Create a leading edge Planning Capability program to upgrade the overall level of the Planning Community

Min 10 years experience in Operational and Planning functions + Digitization + Analytics + Kinaxis

Need a global view with the ability to undertsand and deploy corporate strategy for their scope / process

Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders. Resilient in the face of challenge

Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results - solid network management

Business acumen

Deep Digital Skills

Structure & process oriented

Strong language & communication

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

Team player - Team builder (functional leadership)
