Planning Coordinator

Job Scopes:

• Provide support in production activity control to meet production objectives, eg: cost saving & process improvement
• Monitor production status & coordinate with cross-functional teams to complete work order for on-time delivery
• Review work order schedule and determine priorities & schedule to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide regular updates to Sales Team on slow moving stocks & machine capacity
• Analyse & monitor materials monthly forecast accuracy, handle aging & obsolete material
• Work closely with the Purchaser on materials JIT program & ways to minimize aging materials
• Analyse order forecast accuracy, review safety stock requirement based on Sales Trend
• Generate monthly report & other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Production Planning/ Supply Chain Management/ Project Management/ Technology Management would be desirable
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills with cross- functional, time management skills, problem solving skills
