Planning Assistant (6-Month Contract)

PURPOSE

To support the Planning Manager in managing customers orders, production schedules, and planning processes to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and smooth operations within the supply chain.

JOB DUTIES

Primary Job Duties:

. Prepare and maintain weekly OTD Report.

. Process and update customers orders accurately into the ERP system.

. Run MPS (Master Production Schedule) and ROP (Reorder Point) in support of the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process.

. Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure alignment of schedules and material availability.

Secondary Job Duties:

. Assist in forecasting analysis and demand planning.

. Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.

. Provide ad hoc planning and reporting support as required by the Planning Manager.

EXPERIENCE:

. 1 to 3 years in production / material / supply chain planning preferred.

. Fresh graduates with relevant degree and strong learning attitude are welcome.

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent discipline.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

. ERP system knowledge (e.g., BC, or similar) preferred.

. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
