Planning and Programming Engineer/ Manager

. Time to time site temporary facility and utilization planning.

. Assist PM on detailed planning of monthly work actives, weekly schedule.

. Assist PM to draft all the progress meeting, coordination meeting minutes, method statement.

. Have experiences and able to perform delay analysis to demonstrate the number of EOT required and/ or resulted by the any delay events, to keep proper records of all the documents required for EOT and Variation claim.

. Finalised and assisted in Baseline Programme incorporating LTA comments related to Programming Plan compliance in Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning Phase (Software Used ‐Primavera P6).

. Update the Progress on a Monthly Basis for all Activities and generate an Overall S‐Curve.

. Prepare Weekly Trend Charts for all Major Items of Work and Monitor the Status of Progress periodically.

. Requirement

. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction.

. planning and programme coordination for railway projects.

. Experienced in the use of Primavera.
