PLANNER

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and factories on scheduled shipments, pre-alert for high volume, urgent orders and monthly forecasts.
• Liaise with customers and provide internal operations support and other activities to ensure operations are carried out in an effective manner.
• Update inventory adjustment transactions.
• Ensure effective inventory management.
• Some knowledge ofExperience with waiver claims.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required.
• Co-ordinate with Sales, Logistics and Warehouse when required.
