Job Summary
Perform technical data analysis and coordinate planning and scheduling activities to support turnaround, shutdown, and maintenance projects in oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.
Responsibilities
- Analyze technical data and synthesize findings into resources for local and regional planning and policy documents
- Present qualitative and quantitative findings using oral, written, and graphic communication methods to inform stakeholders
- Collaborate with planners and senior planners to discuss project progress and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor job progress to ensure completion within scheduled timeframes and budget constraints
- Prepare and submit detailed status and performance reports to support project tracking and decision-making
- Schedule shifts aligned with Engineering & Construction (E&C), turnaround, shutdown, and maintenance requirements
- Collect and report manpower, equipment, and raw material needs to meet production demands efficiently
- Utilize DIPS software to plan, schedule, and coordinate turnaround and maintenance activities, including resource allocation, task sequencing, and progress monitoring
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
- Experience in project planning and scheduling
- Experience in turnaround, shutdown, or maintenance operations
