Our client is a creater for world class solutions for healthcare and construction technology. The Group creates unique solutions for healthcare facilities, research and laboratories for healthcare and biotechnology industry

Responsibilities

• Support Project Architects in preparing tender documents, conducting tender evaluations, and drafting recommendation and contract documents.
• Review and advise on content from Client's lawyers or Consultant QS for front-end tender documents.
• Handle daily contract administration, including drafting letters, notices, instructions, and certificates.
• Assess variation claims, EOT submissions, and other contractual claims from contractors.
• Prepare change requests and variation orders for approval and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors on contractual matters.
• Attend project and coordination meetings as required.
  
  Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical field.

• 5-8 years relevant experience in the construction industry healthcare project experience preferred.

• Proficient in software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

• Strong decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous or risk-based scenarios.

• Experience in fast-track projects is an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.

• Good written and verbal communication in English.

. Salary : up to S$8,000 / Negotiable +AWS and VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
