Planner (Manufacturing)

. Act as the main contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply matters.

. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

. Provide customers with regular and ad-hoc reports on production plans, delivery schedules, and order progress.

. Review supply chain performance data and assist in identifying root causes for any missed targets.

. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall supply chain efficiency.

. Track production schedules and ensure they meet customer delivery requirements.
