Planner (FPSO Project, Singapore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules for FPSO engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and offshore activities.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure progress is aligned with project milestones and delivery targets.
• Track schedule performance, identify potential delays, and recommend recovery plans to minimize project impact.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, critical path analyses, and look-ahead plans for project management.
• Support planning reviews, risk assessments, and change management activities while ensuring compliance with project procedures and contractual requirements.
• Ensure planning deliverables are accurately maintained using Primavera P6 or other approved planning software.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in planning large-scale offshore, FPSO, oil & gas, or EPC projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment with a focus on meeting project deadlines.
