Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:


Your role is to facilitate for the development of strategic project plans, which can help the organization meeting its growth goals. You will primarily look at the requirement levels in the business and fulfill the demands by verifying the Master Schedule on a weekly basis. You are also responsible for preparing the weekly milestone schedules and the preparation of forecast for procurement, equipment arrival, assembly / fabrication, testing, delivery and commissioning. Your key metrics will be to monitor and ensure smooth On-time Delivery and good forecast of the milestone billing Cycle.


  • Work with project lead (PL) / project manager (PM) to verify contractual schedule (by sales team) during SHO (sales hand over) and prepare detailed schedule of various project stages / phases for each individual Project.
  • Monitor and update schedule for each project on a weekly basis and chase PL/PM in any case of delays.
  • Prepare forecasting reports for finance (customer billing), procurement, assembly, QEHS and service teams.
  • Collect status of purchased equipment readiness, incoming / IAT / outgoing inspections, ongoing assembly works, deliveries and commissioning from supporting departments
  • Monitor / Track the progress of projects throughout their life cycles and update project schedule, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions e.g. progress shortages and late deliveries and reschedule as necessary.
  • Work closely with PL, PM & system lead (SL) and supporting department representatives to ensure adherence to project schedule leading to service satisfaction.
  • Support to project managers for preparing biweekly / monthly progress report for individual project.
  • Communicate the status of projects to management.

    Requirements
    :
  • Degree / Diploma in Business / Engineering
  • Min. of 1-2 years of working experience in a project organization
  • Good exposure in MS Excel and Project apps.
  • Good exposure in a project management environment to act as a control for scheduling and execution of projects.
  • Resourceful with good communication skills in between different departments.
  • Possess good experience in expediting schedules and achieving timeline targets.
  • Good knowledge in MS Word and Powerpoint will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and logistic flow.
