As a Planner, you will be responsible for equipment & spares demand planning. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing sales requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and Plan Equipment / Options / Spares Requirements
- Manage & Drive Equipment / Options / Spares Demand & Supply Commits
- Act as key interface between Business Unit, Sales, Engineering, Production Planning & Operations & Order Management Team
- Manage day-to-day operation and maximize on hand resources for optimal support to internal and external customers
- Responsible to drive Shipment and Revenue
- Analyse & Manage Excess & Obselences
- Work closely with Business Units on Product Configurations & Customised BOM Management
- Prepare and analyse periodic/executive reports to support business requirements
- Execute new processes to support changing business requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned .
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain.
- Experience in Planning role in semiconductor or equipment manufacturing industry & Supply Chain.
- A high level of interaction is required between internal support teams and customers, thus possessing good interpersonal and negotiation skills will be pre-requisite.
- Able to work in highly customer driven environment and are expected to work under pressure with the ability to resolve work issues and resilient to changes.
- Resourceful and being analytical are essential for the role with good problem solving skills and recommend solutions.
- Able to work as a team, provide support and cooperation among peers and different levels in the Organization.
- Must be Proficient in Excel & relevant analytical tools are essential for the role, in addition to having experience with Oracle ERP.
- Good communication and analytical skills in preparing business analysis reports and presentation.
- Project management skill is an advantage, in leading project work.
