. Participation with stakeholders and validation to understand user/system/business requirements as per project alignments.
. Assist to identify customization of requirements.
. Designing functional solutions / flows to explain the requirements to relevant stakeholders (if required).
. Review FSD / TSD / ISD / Config / E2E mapping / ERD documents to ensure that details are documented detailed which assist for development and testing team understanding.
. Review RTM to map the requirements to ensure there is no missing / gaps present as per the project requirements.
. Documentation on communications, feedbacks, clarifications, during any of the review, design, approvals, etc phases to ensure alignment across all the parties.
. Facilitate communication during review, design, approvals, etc to avoid misinterpretation or misaligned of the requirements or functionalities.
. Assist in preparing / reviewing the test cases and runbook (sanity) review to ensure the technical test coverage is as per design solution.
. Gaining in-depth knowledge of the business domain and system functionalities to provide valuable insights to future implementations.
. Communication with different stakeholders to align the protocol, topology related to the connectivity with each surrounding system and prepare the interface register as per the agreed design solution.
. Prepare template to consolidate the evidence of the interface connectivity from each surrounding system from respective PIC.
. Reviewing, Consolidation of the technical QAs and ensuring all the relevant functionality details are documented as per the agreed solution in the relevant deliverables.
. Ensure the coverage of interface connectivity with each surrounding system is documented (SOD, EOD, ACK, NACK, protocol, etc) as necessary.
. Consolidating the evidence of ping test from all the surrounding systems (with all the aspects like SSL / w/o SSL, etc) in Pre-ELT, Pre-SIT, Pre-UAT, Pre-PROD, Pre-DR, etc.
. Extend support to ensure any design changes (TSD / ISD / Config / E2E mapping / ERD document deliverables.
. Provide high level assistance on data migration from technical aspect (if required).
. Consolidate and facilitate with the respective system PIC to collate the results and reasons for reporting to the PM.
. Track and follow QA items in the technical QA excel sheet to closure.
. Facilitate discussions with require participants to close technical QA and drive for closure.
. Drive to get all technical QA closed for signoff.
