Piping Field Engineer

Job Description

• Supervise fabrication and installation of piping items as per drawings and clints specification, follow planned progress schedule wothout compromising quality.
• Attending to cleints request /site complaints and resolve issues/faults.
• Understand P&ID and relevent drawings.
• Conduct site surveys to propose new routes and locations for facilities and prepare layout to analyse the space requirement.
• Prepare material list depicting all materials, sizes, specification, special requirements, testing requirement to meet the design.
• Operate AWP sustem (Incl. related IT system, preparatio od work procedure).
• Conduct weekly HSE assesments and safety walk through, safe and unsafe auditing.
• Daily update of project/operation progress to immediate superior.
• Attend toolbox meetings.
• Pipinh progess update and mitigation plan discussing in daily toolbox meeting.
• To be fully commited, follow the lead, and complete the task with quality in a timely manner.
• Ensure all piping tools and equipment issued are kept and maintain in peoper manner.

Requirements

• Preferably 5 years of relevent working experience in petrochemical Plant industry for piping works.
• Experience in AWP (Avance Work Package) procedure in pertochemical plant project.
• Safety certificate such as SSSC and other relevent cerificaties required perform as supervisor in plant construction site.
