Job Description

Serve as the site-based piping designer, acting as the key liaison between the Engineering Office and the Site Execution Team.
Collaborate with the construction team to ensure proper fabrication and installation of pipe supports, piping, tubing, and site routings in line with project standards and drawings.
Resolve technical challenges and inter-discipline issues by liaising with both design and execution teams.
Prepare and manage site instructions, engineering site queries, and management of change documentation, ensuring timely resolutions and proper tracking.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards during construction activities.
Conduct site inspections to confirm compliance with design specifications and proactively address any discrepancies.
Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders-including subcontractors, construction, and commissioning teams-to ensure seamless execution.
Provide technical guidance to optimize workflows and troubleshoot any issues arising during construction and pre-commissioning, including coordination with relevant vendors.

Strong expertise in piping design, layout, and marine systems.
15-20 years of experience in piping design, including floating production systems and site construction.
Hands-on involvement in FEED, Proposals, Basic & Detailed Design, and Construction phases.
Proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working in an international and fast-changing setting.
Proficiency in Aveva Marine/PDMS Design and Navisworks.
