We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Class Design and Implementation:Develop and deliver a range of Pilates classes suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.
Create personalized training plans based on individual client needs and goals. - Teaching and Coaching:Instruct clients on proper Pilates techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Motivate clients using positive communication methods to help them achieve their best performance.
Provide one-on-one coaching, especially for clients requiring special attention. - Health and Wellness Guidance:Advise clients on complementary health and wellness practices that can enhance their Pilates experience.
Stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and health research to provide informed guidance. - Equipment Management:Maintain and ensure proper use of Pilates equipment.
Suggest equipment improvements or upgrades when necessary. - Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage continued engagement and progress.
Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Certification in Pilates instruction.
- Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
