Job Summary

Lead the design and optimization of piezoelectric MEMS devices, collaborating across teams to support development, reliability evaluation, and market research for innovative MEMS technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize piezoelectric MEMS device structures using simulation tools to improve performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with Process, ASIC, and Packaging/Testing teams to advance system development of piezoelectric MEMS devices
  • Provide technical support throughout all project phases to ensure successful product delivery
  • Conduct product reliability evaluations, perform failure analysis, and implement improvements for MEMS devices
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, conduct new product pre-research, and contribute to patent portfolio planning related to piezoelectric MEMS technology
  • Apply MEMS product development tools such as COMSOL, Ansys, L-Edit, and AutoCAD to support design and layout tasks
  • Demonstrate strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges in MEMS development
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to drive project progress and innovation
  • Communicate clearly in English to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant research experience considered
  • Candidates with 5+ years of R&D experience in piezoelectric MEMS industry with deep domain knowledge highly preferred
