BullionStar is expanding! We're looking for Pick & Pack Specialist to join us in an entry-level role within theprecious metals industry, offering valuable hands-on learning from industryexperts.

Location & Hours
Address: 45 New Bridge Road (5-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT).
Schedule: 5-day work week, including 1 weekend (Sat or Sun).

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfilment & Packing

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently according to order details.
• Ensure all packed items are securely sealed, correctly labelled, and meet BullionStar's quality and presentation standards.
• Conduct final quality checks before dispatch to confirm order accuracy and product integrity.
• Prepare shipments for delivery, including required documentation and coordination with courier services.

Inventory & Operational Support

• Support daily inventory management tasks such as stock counting, dispatch, and movement tracking.
• Assist in receiving and verifying inbound precious metals deliveries.
• Maintain organisation of storage and packing areas to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Provide assistance with other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

. N / O Levels and above.

. Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or pick-and-pack operations will be an advantage but is not required.

. Training will be provided.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
