- Plan and deliver physiotherapy rehabilitation services at the Senior Care Centre in collaboration with the Centre Manager and Occupational Therapist.
- Develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs) in collaboration with caregivers and the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide individual and group therapy in centre-based, community, and home settings.
- Train caregivers and staff on safe mobility practices and functional support techniques.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to ensure holistic care planning.
- Access to supervision, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities
- Exposure to diverse cases across physical, neurological, intellectual, and sensory disabilities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Full registration with APHC
- At least 3 years of working experience in Geriatric Care
